Colt Ford’s brand new single, “4 Lane Gone,” makes its debut on
SiriusXM’s The Highway.
Commenting on “4 Lane Gone,” Ford said, “I constantly try to become better as an artist. It has and will always be about the songs and the fans for me. Houston Phillips, Josh Thompson and Kyle Fishman, great songwriters and friends of mine, sent this song to me. I knew the moment I heard “4 Lane Gone” it was a hit, but I didn’t know if I could deliver the song the way it needed to be.” He continued, “I pushed myself further than I ever have, and I am so proud of this song. I know I am far from the best singer, but I have found my voice and I have never been more excited!”
It was an eventful Friday night at the Klipsch Music Center in Indianapolis, IN on 8/19.
The Indianapolis Colts cheerleaders joined Colt Ford on stage
to perform their routine for Colt’s hit song, “Crank It Up.”
Colt is currently on the Take It Outside Tour with Brantley Gilbert and Justin Moore.

Colt Ford Joins Brantley Gilbert On The “Take It Outside” 33-Date Summer Throwdown Tour from June 2, 2016 Through October 15, 2016!
Announces Collaboration with Affliction Clothing For Custom Stage Branding, Signature Tees, Album Artwork
Nashville, TN (June 2, 2016) Country Star Colt Ford hits the road today, June 2, on Brantley Gilbert’s 33-date “Take It Outside” summer ampitheatre tour along with country’s Justin Moore. The “Take It Outside” tour runs through October 15, 2016. Simultaneously, it was announced that Ford will be a celebrity brand ambassador for Affliction Clothing which has designed custom stage branding for Ford’s live show, signature apparel and artwork for his upcoming album.
Commenting on the tour, Ford said: “When Brantley and I first started, we dreamed of being able to do this. It has been awesome to see his success,“ Ford said. “I am excited to be a part of this tour, and also have another great friend in Justin Moore. There will not be a more rockin’ show than this one.”
Also excited about the new visual stage branding for his live shows and his collaboration with Affliction Clothing, Ford commented: “I’m proud to join Affliction’s team of brand ambassadors. Their passion, style and design are a perfect fit for me.”
“Affliction will be offering three signature tees, as well as providing artwork for Colt’s new album, and stage branding,” said Affliction Clothing owner, Eric Foss. “We are very pleased Colt Ford has embraced our brand and joined us as an ambassador. We like his unique style which makes a great addition to our roster of celebrity ambassadors who embrace the brand’s Live Fast lifestyle.”
Both Georgia natives, Ford and Gilbert collaborated to co-write Jason Aldean’s #1 mega-hit, “Dirt Road Anthem,” and Gilbert’s smash #1 “Country Must Be Country Wide.” When their paths cross on the road, they frequently take the stage together to perform these chart-toppers for the crowd.
Ford has been writing and recording new music for his next album due out later this year.
